We don't publish repair prices, because any number given before a technician has opened the appliance is a guess. Here is exactly what you pay and when.
Service call
A flat $89 covers the trip to your home and a complete diagnosis. No hourly rate, no mileage, no "starting at".
Written quote
The technician shows you what failed and gives you one exact price for parts and labor. That number does not change once you approve it.
You decide
Approve the quote and we fix it — most repairs are finished in the same visit. Decline, and the service call is all you pay.
Pay when it works
Card, cash or check, collected only after you have seen the appliance running. 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
01Is there anything on top of the service call?
No. Evenings and weekends cost the same as any other day, and there is no mileage or fuel surcharge anywhere in our service area.
02Can you give me a rough price over the phone?
We would rather not guess. A washer that won't drain can be a sock in the pump or a failed control board. The diagnosis is what makes the quote accurate.
03What does the quote include?
Everything: the part, the labor to install it, and testing. Tax is shown separately on the invoice where it applies.
