Error codes
Cause: The control panel is not communicating with the main control.
What to do: Switch off at the breaker for 5 minutes. If it returns, the panel or ribbon cable needs replacing.
Cause: The thermistor and turbidity sensor is open or shorted.
What to do: The sensor needs replacing.
Cause: The control did not see the door open and close.
What to do: Open and close the door firmly, then press Start. If it returns, the latch needs replacing.
Cause: The inlet valve has an electrical fault.
What to do: The inlet valve needs replacing.
Cause: Too much detergent, hand dish soap, or not enough water.
What to do: Use only dishwasher detergent and check the water supply is fully open.
Cause: Water in the base pan has lifted the overfill float.
What to do: Turn off the water supply. The leak must be found and fixed.
Cause: The heating element or its circuit has failed.
What to do: The heater needs testing and replacing.
Cause: The drain hose is kinked or the drain path is clogged.
What to do: Clean the filter, check the hose and the garbage disposal knockout plug.
